Conditions of Order and Delivery
General Terms
Klerea Jewelry (hereinafter "Klerea"), business ID: 2991188-7, sells products to businesses and private individuals. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed through our online store and corresponding deliveries. These terms govern the relationship between Klerea and the customer.
These terms and conditions are effective as of January 1, 2025.
Products and Prices
The features and prices of the products available in the online store are presented in connection with each product's description. The prices include VAT (25.5%). Klerea reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Delivery Times and Costs
Orders are delivered to the customer's mailbox by post, either in an envelope or a small cardboard box. There is no limit to the number of jewelry items that can be included in one order.
The delivery times for ready-made jewelry are shown on the left. The delivery prices are the same for ready-made and custom jewelry.
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1–2 days of receiving the order. Customers will be informed by email of any exceptional delivery times.
The delivery time for custom jewelry varies depending on the order, and the schedule is discussed with the customer. Typically, the delivery time is 10 days from the moment the customer places the order.
Right of Cancellation and Return Policy
Ready-made jewelry purchased from the online store (excluding custom jewelry and earrings) comes with a 14-day right of return and exchange. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the order, such as shipping the jewelry back to Klerea. The payment for a canceled order will be refunded to the customer once Klerea has received the returned items. The refund will be made using the payment method used for the order.
Custom jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU) , earrings that pierce the ears are not eligible for return or exchange.
Delivery Method and Costs
Orders are delivered to the customer's mailbox by post, either in an envelope or a small cardboard box. The delivery fee is €3.95 per order. There is no limit to the number of jewelry items that can be included in one order.
Checking the Shipment, Errors, and Problems
Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt. If a product is lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 7 days by email at klerea.korut@gmail.com. If the purchased product does not match the order or has a defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If a product becomes damaged due to regular use earlier than reasonably expected, please contact us by email.

Ordering and Agreement
You can order products through our website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the cart through the payment service. When placing an order in our online store, you are expected to review and agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. By confirming your order, you agree to these terms, which become binding unless otherwise specified in the refund policies.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available for selection in the shopping cart.
Limitation of Liability
Klerea is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to the order, delivery, or product, except as specified by mandatory provisions in consumer protection laws or other binding legislation.
Disputes
Klerea strives to resolve any disputes regarding your order through negotiation. Please contact us first by emailing klerea.korut@gmail.com.
If a dispute concerning a purchase agreement cannot be resolved through negotiation, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
